We would like to inform you of scheduled network maintenance at our Singapore (SGP1) location. Maintenance Reference: NM-983 Affected Location: Singapore (SGP1) Maintenance Description Telna will perform a planned software upgrade on one of its Singapore core network switches. Expected Service Impact Most services are expected to remain available through redundant network infrastructure and alternative routing paths. During the maintenance window, brief traffic reconvergence, increased latency, or intermittent connectivity may occur as traffic transitions between network paths. Customers with identified service-specific redundancy risks will receive a separate notification describing their potential exposure. Customer Action No configuration changes are expected to be required on your side. We recommend monitoring your services during the maintenance window. We will confirm the final schedule before the maintenance and provide an update once the activity has been completed.

Maintenance Details Maintenance Reference: NM-986 Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (AMS1) Date: 17 November 2026 Maintenance Window: 22:30–03:00 Expected Impact Duration: 45 minutes to 3 hours Expected Service Impact During the maintenance window, customers may experience temporary connectivity interruptions, increased latency, or network session reconvergence while traffic is redirected through redundant infrastructure. Services with network or geographical redundancy are expected to remain available, although brief interruptions during failover cannot be completely ruled out. Our Network Operations team will monitor network and service availability throughout the maintenance. No action is required from your side.
Please be informed that Telna will perform scheduled maintenance on its Paris core network infrastructure as part of our ongoing network reliability and software lifecycle improvements. Maintenance Details Activity: Paris Core Router Junos Software Upgrade Change Reference: NM-985 Affected Device: PAR1-PRD-CS-1 Maintenance Description During this maintenance window, Telna will upgrade the Junos operating system on one of its Paris core routers. The activity requires temporarily draining traffic from the affected router, followed by a software upgrade and system restart. As a result, network sessions and interconnections established through this router will be temporarily interrupted during the maintenance. Expected Service Impact Customers with services connected through the affected Paris router may experience brief connectivity interruptions, routing reconvergence, or intermittent service degradation during the maintenance window. Service availability is expected to be maintained through Telna's redundant network infrastructure, including alternate core routers and geographically redundant interconnections, where applicable. No sustained service interruption is anticipated for services with operational redundant paths. Maintenance Completion Once the upgrade is completed, Telna Network Engineering will restore the affected router to service and validate network connectivity, routing sessions, and service availability. Our Network Operations Center will monitor the infrastructure throughout the maintenance window. No action is required from customers at this time.
